In 2016, after 36 years in business, John and Sharel Dyer sold Dynacco, Inc. of Monroe, WA to Verax Chemical Company.
Shortly after, manufacturing and offices were moved in to Verax’s location in Snohomish, WA (Maltby area).
Verax continues to manufacture many of the Dynacco products you know and love.
